Weekly Care Rates

Weekly rates are based on the child’s care level. Final placement category is confirmed during the Meet & Greet.

The weekly deployment-care rate does not include major child-specific expenses such as major clothing/shoe purchases, school tuition or substantial school fees, medical/dental/vision expenses, prescriptions, major extracurricular fees, airfare, expensive field trips, electronics, specialty products, or unusual/long-distance transportation.

 

These expenses remain the parent’s financial responsibility and may be paid directly by the parent or through the child’s parent-funded expense account.

The weekly care rate includes:

  • 24-hour residential supervision

  • A safe residential care environment and household utilities

  • Standard meals and snacks

  • Routine toiletries and household supplies

  • Laundry

  • Morning and bedtime routines

  • Weekend care

  • Local transportation to and from school and activities within an agreed-upon radius

  • Homework and educational support

  • Regular household and family activities

  • Age-appropriate daily care and supervision

  • Inclusion in normal family activities and routines

Child-specific expenses outside of routine care are not included in the weekly rate and must be covered by the parent-funded expense account.

Meet & Greet Required

Schedule at least two weeks before the anticipated placement date.

Preparing for a smoother transition

The required meeting allows us to meet your family, understand the child’s routines and needs, review expectations, and determine whether the placement is a good fit.

First-week deposit: A deposit equal to the child’s first week of care is required to secure placement and is applied toward the first week.
